Add-on: Multi-LDAP - Address autocompletion with several LDAP directories

Multi-LDAP is an add-on for Mozilla Thunderbird which permits to use several LDAP directories simultaneously for address autocompletion. Without it, Thunderbird allows only one LDAP server at a time.

Installation

1. Download add-on multi-ldap.
2. In Mozilla Thunderbird, select Tools menu and then Add-ons.
3. Press Install button and select previously downloaded file.

Configuration

Global settings

• First, add LDAP directories in the directory list. See this documentation for example.

• Select LDAP directories to be used for autocompetion the general options of the mail client.

Account settings

• Each account can be customized by overriding global settings in Account settings window.

Usage

Autocompetion is available when typing email addresses in compose window.
